Your Local Regional Contacts
There are two nationally employed representatives of the Association who work in this area.
Bill Nevin - Regional Care Development Adviser. (R.C.D.A.)
Bill will provide detailed knowledge of the care and management of Motor Neurone Disease. Working closely with local statutory services and community care providers, he is able to provide support and advice to people living with MND.
Su Starkey - Volunteering Development Coordinator. (V.D.C.)
Su provides advice and support to Branches and other Volunteering Groups and helps to set up new groups and develop regional and national contacts.
Additionally we have volunteer Association Visitors (A.V.s.) who can be contacted by telephoning or e-mailing Bill Nevin at the address above.
Our Visitor’s can help with anything relating to the needs of people living with MND and their carers and are able to provide much needed support at a local level.
For families and Carers living with MND who would like further information and advice on what help is available, or just need someone to talk to, please call our National office helpline.
